Tarapex 2008
Tarapex 2008 will be on 7-9 November 2008 at TSB Stadium, Mason Drive, New Plymouth. This is adjacent to the Pukekura Raceway in New Plymouth. Highway 3 from the south goes past the Raceway shortly after one enters New Plymouth.
This exhibition, as well as being a New Zealand National Philatelic Exhibition, is for the first time in New Zealand incorporating the Australasian Challenge.
This is a team competition between the exhibitors of each of the six Australian states. the ACT, and each of the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
The North Island is the current holder of the Australiasian Challenge Trophy, being the first time across this side of the ditch.
Tarapex 2008 will have the best Australasian philatelic exhibits.
This Tarapex 2008 website is organised by Jeff Simpson. It was initially designed and build by Kelly Chen, BAppIS student at WITT.
